DVB Projects, founded by Dean Brown is a privately-owned, award winning, property development company based in the Lower North Shore of Sydney, specialising in luxury residential projects.
With more than 30years experience, Dean has gained extensive knowledge in both the construction and property development industry. This coupled with a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial and retail projects, has put DVB Projects at the forefront, enabling us to successfully bring innovative new projects to the multi residential and high- end arena.
As an industry leader DVB Projects collaborates with some of the most prominent Architects, Consultants, and Interior Designers in both the Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This allows us to set the benchmark through timeless designs, craftsmanship and exquisite, luxury finishes. Our team frequently researches the current market and real estate demands, to ensure we continue to invest and construct, high end luxury living in blue chip locations from inception to completion.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
As a licensed builder with more than 30years experience in the building and construction industry, Dean founded DVB Projects to further expand his vision and innovative approach into the Property Development sector. With extensive building knowledge and an eye for detail and quality, his experience has granted Dean a reputation for delivering exceptional results in residential and commercial projects.
Joel Brown
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENTS
With over 20 years of experience, Joel brings to DVB Projects a strong track record for delivering successful projects spanning various private and public sectors across the construction industry. Joel holds a builders license and is also a licensed Property Valuer.
In addition, he is a Technical Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
Geoff Leonard
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Geoff’s role in the team sees him work closely with the Builder, Consultants, and the Sales and Marketing team at all stages. With over 15years experience, Geoff’s role is pivotal to DVB Projects, by ensuring each process during the design and construction phase, is streamlined across all facets of the project. With a passion for luxury building design and development, Geoff also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
