Pace Apartments Bellevue Hill

The development consists of 6 luxurious apartments.

Construction challenges included a detailed external facade compromising of terracotta terracide panels, black metal cladding, render-roc and sandstone, to produce a standout modern design.

Wall to wall glass creates an effortless connection to the external environment and allows the enormous entertainers’ deck and vast open plan living areas to flow as one seamless area. A superb feeling of peace and seclusion prevails.
