Brookwater Queensland

Our Brookwater development sits along Tournament Drive and Magnolia Drive and consists of a 5 Hectare site, neighbouring the prestigious Brookwater Golf & Country Club.

Currently, a masterplan has been approved for the site, for a combination of residential, commercial and retail space. DVB Projects are presently in the design stage, with local Town Planners with a view of re-submitting a more superior development and design plan, while in keeping with the area of Springfield.
